LOL! The squirrel has got that right. No matter what you do, it's nearly impossible to keep them out of the birdfeeders! They should call birdfeeders "squirrelfeeders". :)
We adopted an orphan chipmunk. Little bugger lived in his cage for almost nine years, and never got tame enough to handle. He would take seeds etc. from your hand though.

I've never had a chipmunk at my feeder.. that looks like one isn't it?
It's a chipmunk, for sure. I encourage a big gray stray cat to hang around to harass Chip and friends, but they just think my cat is a dope.
