Name my cat

Help me name my cat or just vote for the name you like:

Chip, In honor of his favorite food.
Monk, ditto.
Zero, in honor of how cold it is going to be since I am too alllergic to have the cat in the house.
Stranger, in honor of his very presence.
Meat, in honor of what he will be if he turns left.

Nexium (the little purple pill)

That was only because he looks purple on my puter. I told the hubby I think I need a new monitor.

But, seriously, you could name him ====A L L E G R A====== in honor the new pill you will be taking soon because you're gonna give in and he's going to move in .... and you're gonna belong to a cat.

Splat,
Chewy,
Mike,
Bob

Or you can just do like I do and call it "cat".
I loathe kitties, so I hate to name them.

Name him Jamie because I am great ;) (plus my maiden name is Katz)

or

name him Squish

LOL SHAMELESS self promotion, Jamie. Well dahlink... he's a boy! He can't be called Jamie. Anyway, what's SQUISH? All these yucky names. Besides if he gets in the dog fence, it will be more like crunch. :-(

He looks sort of purple on my monitor too, and my monitor is new, so I don't think it's Pamela's monitor.

Patrick's suggestion of "Smokey" is good. He's the color of smoke.

"Hunter" also fit's 'cause that's what he does.

You could name him "Mr. Bush" because, like our President, he makes every effort to eliminate the vermin! :)

NOW I like that political angle.

How about....
See-A'-Tee

We had a lovely mongrel that we told eveyone was a
"Dee-O'-Gee"
Many believed.

It is the emphasis on the 2nd syllable that makes it purrrrfect.

(the picture reminds me of some friends cat they called "old blue")

A friend of mine suggests Trek, Hobo, Smokey (second vote) and Blue. I like Pamela's Nexium better than Blue.

That picture looks purple to everyone! But he's gray.

Well Jamie, I don't care whether you ARE lovely, famous, and possessed of a boy's name, though you are a girl, I am not calling the cat Jamie! hahahaha

Hey, Jacky, you lurker you!

I'm thinking Sugar Ray. He has a black nose like he has been in a boxing match.

I meant to say that I couldn't stand cats living in my house. I now have two who live in the barn and they are not neurotic like house cats. In fact I've gotten to like them. Cats like to be free to come and go and hunt at night.

That's actually kind of a relief, Patrick. I've been afraid the cat will be lonely outdoors. :(
