Crop dusting video

My mother claims the first time she saw a crop duster descend behind the tree line, she fainted thinking of the loss of life she just witnessed. If you have never seen a crop duster, you DO just think the pilots are freaking insane.

I live near a country airport and today there was a SWARM of crop dusters, probably four dusting all the fields around, no doubt for Japanese beetles or some other modern scourge.

I got no great video, but here is a snippet:

LOL! Pilots dust our corn crop every year. They are trained to fly like that. They have to fly low so that they don't waste their chemicals. It's pretty amazing! :)

Never seen a crop duster? I've seen 'em plenty when traveling. Those folks is crazy. Zooming across the Interstate and what not, just brushing the tops of the trees, flying between powerlines . . .

But you very rarely hear about a crop duster crashing, Kevin. These are highly skilled pilots. :)
