6% sub saharan African?
My husband, Mark Wayne, has about 50 cousins and one of them just did a DNA test. Shows he has 6% Native American and 6% Sub Saharan African. (The rest was plain old, working-for-a-living European.)
So I am urging my husband to get out there and start gathering up the perks! FEMA coupon! Food Stamps! The Welfare!
And... last but not least, we've got to reclaim our ancestral lands and get a casino.

Yeah, but if my husband did sign up to be someone's official racial quota, I would divorce him.
YEAH, just what we need: To be a part of some whiny-ass welfare handout stealing from working people. No thanks.
