Democrats Want Sarah Palin to Take Her Clothes Off
And not for the same reason's I would. It's because they cost a lot of money!
Republicans have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Palin's wardrobe, and it's a scandal.
Some women's Oscar night dresses alone cost that much, and don't look nearly as good as Palin's wardrobe. But never mind that.
It's a scandal! More Republican hypocrisy!
How much does Hillary spend on her wardrobe? How much does Michelle Obama spend on hers? What, nobody cares about that? Huh.
After the campaign, the McCain campaign plans to donate Sarah's pricey duds to charity. Who doesn't think an auction of designer duds, worn by Palin herself, won't raise more money for charity than the clothes originally cost?
But it will probably be some sort of church charity. Or something that goes to farmers or plumbers, and not to the government. So it's not really charity.
I know I'm supposed to be shocked the GOP has spent so much on Palin's clothes, but I'm not. I'm just nauseated by the unending attacks, and hypocrisy, from the Democrats, the left, and the media in this country.
I'm sorry, Katie Couric shops off-the-rack at the Dress Barn?

Dress Barn LOL....I love sarcasm *sigh*
I love Dress Barn. And Wal-Mart. But I've had folks seriously try and tell me Iranian-caviar-and-toast-points Michelle Obama buys her Versace and pearls at K-Mart and Obama wears off-the-rack suits. While dining on Iranian caviar and steamed Lobster in the Waldorf Astoria.
Not that I have anything against Iranian caviar or steamed lobster--or Versace--but it seems strange that only one party (the party of the rich, no less) gets targeted for hypocrisy, while the high-on-the-hog living of limousine liberals is completely ignored, taken for granted, and assumed the natural manner of superior Ivy league folks of their station.
Out of all the candidates, who is the only one that stopped at Wal-Mart to pick up diapers? "Oh, it's staged, it's all a front". Even if that bullshizzle was true, which candidate is willing to actually shop at Wal-Mart to "put up a front"? I don't see the Obamas slumming it at the Mecca of Rednecka. Heck, they've even said they would never shop at the "anti-union" store. Like there was any risk of that, anyway.
A little more on the great Sarah Palin Clothes Scandal:
Well, we know the Obama's never shop at Wal-Mart--despite Michelle having served on the board of a Wal-Mart vendor--because they would never shop at "an anti-union store". If they shop at K-Mart, they are also shopping at an anti-union store, because even though many individual stores, areas, and elements of the K-Mart business deal with unions, K-Mart still resists unionization at any opportunity (can't say I blame 'em). Thus, if the Obama's shop at K-Mart, they are shopping at an "anti-union" chain--when they said they'd never do that, because it's immoral.
Sheesh. Michele Obama does not shop off the rack at K-Mart. She has a fashion designer who is custom making most of her fancy duds, and that ain't cheap.
More on Michelle Obama's clothes. Hint: not from K-Mart.
Michelle Obama won the top spot on Vanity Fair's International Best Dressed List. She didn't do that shopping for low-cost outfits at discount stores.
From this article:
Michelle also selected to support another up-and-coming American designer, Thakoon Panichgul, when she wore an outfit from his Resort 2009 collection, as she embraced her husband on stage at the Democratic convention, when he officially accepted his presidential nomination. The Washington Post’s Robin Givan in his September 7, 2008 article “First Ladies and the Fabric of the Nation,” estimated that the price of Michelle's outfit is around $1,500.
More on Michelle Obama's fancy duds here.
How many $1500 dresses are there at K-Mart again?
Obama's standard suits go for $1500 piece. I can buy a nice-as-you'd-ever-need suit, with shirt, tie, belt and shoes for $300 or so. And I'd guarantee you, those aren't the most expensive suits Obama has. More on Obama's Designer Suit habbit. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Limousine liberals aren't shy about spending money. They never have been.
I love how the media will waste time on trivial crap and not ask tough questions of this liberal scum.

Steve, don't you kind of think that Democrats always focus on the superficial? They are all tied up in what people look like, or weigh, or what school they go to, or what cocktail party they belong to.
The only liberal comment we got recently was a chick who mocked Sarah for being stupid based on an offhand comment she made. That's all the Dems have. Superficial crap.
Libs are all about "do as I say, not as I do" hence the hypocrisy label fits them perfectly.
