Rule of thumb: Headlines and photos should match.
Rule of thumb #2: Especially if one of the two is about a criminal.
Leaving aside for a moment the question of whether the man who will face the judge is a polygamist or an accused polygamist, we don't have his picture here. We have the photo of John Walsh. Luckily, John Walsh has a relatively famous face and most people know he is not the polygamist in question. Not everyone, of course. There will be a whole bunch of people who now think John Walsh is a polygamist or they will think that the polygamist looks like John Walsh.
In the "It could be worse" department: What if the headline read "Pedophile faces judge." There might be a good lawsuit in that kind of screwup.
