Sweet! Of course, aren't women and minorities always "hardest hit"? Isn't every new crisis that looks like it might be great extortion racket going to be something that "disproportionately" affects minorities? Thus, meaning that more of the compensation and financial aid will need to be allocated to those poor, perpetual victims of all things?
